Let’s focus on the end result and the direct line to get there.
Chad Klutts is a results-driven executive and operations consultant with over 15 years of experience leading growth-focused transformations, post-merger integrations, and complex change initiatives. His work spans industries and continents, partnering with companies of all sizes to translate strategy into action.
He brings a rare mix of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and sleeves-rolled-up execution — the kind of leadership that keeps teams aligned and outcomes on track. Whether driving performance, leading through change, or tackling mission-critical projects, Chad bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to every engagement.
Chad started Bleue Line to offer clients a smarter, sharper alternative to traditional consulting — one that cuts through the noise, gets to the heart of the work, and delivers real results without the overhead.
Prior to starting Bleue Line, Chad was a Director of M&A integration for Walmart where he lead integration and separation efforts within multiple business units including retail, healthcare, and technology. Prior to Walmart, he spent 10 years in Deloitte’s M&A Practice advising on integrations and separations across boarders, industries, and business types. In Chad’s previous life, he worked in investment banking and on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. He received his MBA from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and his BA in political science from the University of Maryland Global Campus where he transferred from the University of Alabama.
Chad enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, traveling, and cooking. He and his wife enjoy fostering animals and supporting local charities. He doesn’t enjoy writing about himself in the third person.
Bleue Line is a play on “blue line” which refers to the term for fishing in small, often overlooked trout streams that are represented by blue lines on topographical maps. These streams are typically wild, unstocked, and hard to access, often being located in backcountry areas. We like that name for the firm because the right choice can be easy to overlook or difficult to obtain, but well worth the effort.
